Tsukemen Miyamoto

This tsukemen comes with thick noodles and rich broth consisting of anchovy, pork and chicken. I got 150g of noodle but will get the 250g next time since there was a ton of broth left. Be sure to buy the ticket before getting in line!

Matoi

Close to the Shinbashi JR station in the back of the alley. Famous for their dried sardines broth in shio or shoyu.

Best chicken ramen in Tokyo. Go get it if you happen to be shopping for textiles nearby or checking out the traditional stores around the area.

If you want a break from chicken or pork ramen, you've come to the right place. They serve oyster ramen. Umami bomb.

Kinryu

Amazing tsukemen near Akihabara or a slightly long walk from Tokyo station. The dish comes with noodles in kelp water and dried fish flavored broth. Unlike other tsukemen, the dipping broth is on the lighter side with a a lot of flavor.

Menya Sign

Specializes in wonton ramen that pairs with Japanese sake. Great sardine based ramen with shio and shoyu.

Tsukemen Gonokami Seisakusho Shinjuku

Unique tsukemen spot in Shinjuku. The dish comes with shrimp/tomato broth and noodles with a side of pesto. Italio Japones disco.

Ebisu Ramen Kamuro

Good chicken heavy paitan ramen with three types of chashu (chicken and pork).

Ramen Takanome

This Jiro style ramen has a hint of fish powder with a lot of topping options including extra veg, fried garlic, back fat and garlic mayo.

RAMEN MATSUI

This ramen is on the light side with clam, chicken/pork broth. You can get a shoyu or shio flavor. High recommended before/after a walk around the Gyoen.

Rāmenya Shima

Voted as one of the best clear shoyu ramen in Tokyo. This place gets super busy so make sure you have a reservation before you make the trip.

Ramen Nagi Nishi-Shinjuku 7-chome

A local chain that serves one of the best anchovy based broth ramen in Tokyo. The bowl comes with the two types of noodle include a few strips of wide flat noodle.

Ramen Miyaro

This Jiro style ramen spot is from the owner of Tsukemen Miyamoto nearby. Unlike many other Jiro style places, this broth is shio (salt) based instead of shoyu with a hint of fishiness.
